Procedure
- Contact our customer service to obtain a return authorization number (received within 48 hours)
- Return items in perfect condition in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals
- Include a copy of your invoice
Return deadlines
- General items: 30 days after delivery
- IT/electronics: 14 days after delivery
Non-returnable items
- Opened books, software, and media (CD/DVD)
- Incomplete or damaged items
Return fees
