How it works
These gift cards are issued by participating Hamster® retailers or the Hamster® head office and can be used to pay for purchases in our stores (unfortunately not online).
Gift cards are available in our three stores. An amount between $5 and $500 can be activated or reloaded. There is no expiration date. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Terms and conditions
Gift cards are available in participating stores and online at hamster.ca. They can be used to pay for an order, in whole or in part, both online and at participating Hamster stores. In-store, an amount between $5 and $500 can be activated. Online, cards are available in denominations of $10, $25, $50, and $100. There is no expiration date.
Neither Hamster, its retailers, nor the gift card program operator can be held responsible for replacing lost, stolen, or damaged cards. Gift cards can be used to pay for products and services in Canadian dollars in participating stores and online. They are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be used to pay credit accounts. Cards can be reloaded in-store.
