Once the tip is removed, it becomes a thermometer for cakes and meats. Silicone spatula withstands temperatures up to 220 °C (428 °F) Removable digital thermometer with a range of -20 °C (-4 °F) to 200 °C (392 °F). The spatula is dishwasher safe and the thermometer should be cleaned with a damp cloth.
