RETURN

Your package arrived on time and in perfect condition. You now realize that you should have ordered a different color or style. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS

For any questions regarding merchandise returns, please contact customer service:

If you are not satisfied with your order, Hamster can refund or exchange the items purchased. Contact customer service to obtain a return authorization. You will receive an authorization number within 48 hours. A return authorization number is required. Items must be intact and returned within 30 days of delivery. Computer and electronic products must be returned within 14 days of delivery. All products must be returned in their original packaging, including all manuals, parts, and accessories, along with a copy of the invoice or delivery slip. Incomplete packages or packaging will be refused. Opened books, software, and media (CD, DVD) cannot be returned or refunded. If defective, these items will be replaced with an identical title or item. Refunds will be credited to the card used at the time of purchase.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customers except in the following cases:

  • if the item is defective
  • if we made an error in the order.

In these cases, we will send a carrier to pick up the merchandise at your home or office. We will cover the shipping costs for the items we replace.

WE GIVE YOU 30 DAYS TO RETURN YOUR UNUSED ITEM IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

Simply call our Customer Service for more information and to receive a return authorization number.

Some points to keep in mind when returning a purchase:

  • All products and components/manuals must be returned.
  • Use the original outer box and packing materials to return your purchase. If you have already discarded the shipping box, use an appropriately sized box in good condition and ensure that the filler material is sufficient to prevent any damage during transport.
  • Do not write anything on the product or product packaging. If the item is returned in its own outer box (e.g., toner), write the return authorization number on a separate sheet and attach it to the box.

WARRANTY

We honor the warranties of most manufacturers, even after the authorized period for merchandise returns. We have agreements with most manufacturers. Defective items may be replaced or repaired, according to the manufacturer’s policies or guidelines. In some cases, customers must contact the manufacturer’s customer service themselves.

Lead times for receiving a replacement item may vary and may take several weeks.
