In The Gang, a cooperative version of Texas Hold’em, players bet on the strength of their hands compared to others and then try to fulfill their predictions.

Players take on the roles of seasoned gangsters working together to pull off a daring heist of three supposedly unbreakable safes. Strategy, communication, and teamwork are essential to succeed in this legendary robbery.

The Gang unfolds over multiple “heists,” each consisting of four rounds. Players must assess the strength of their hand without directly revealing their cards, using tokens to indicate the power of their combinations. Unlike traditional poker, bluffing is prohibited. Players rely on visual cues from others to make the best decisions. The goal is to successfully complete at least three heists; failing to do so means the game is lost.

Compared to classic poker games, The Gang stands out with its cooperative aspect and absence of bluffing. The rules are simplified, allowing even those who have never played poker to jump right in. Difficulty can be increased for more experienced players, offering a satisfying progression curve.
